"This is our second time renting this space. We had such a great time last year, that we decided to return this year, but for a longer stay this time. The whole space is just beautiful and peaceful, but our favorite part has to be the back deck that looks out over Lake Hamilton. "Exactly like the pictures show. Every restaurant you could want is within a mile or two. We had a tiny issue with the lock on the door when we arrived, but the host responded IMMEDIATELY and resolved the problem. We ended up staying at the unit next door because of the lock problem, but it was literally a mirror image of this unit. "Absolutely wonderful stay! Owners were great. "Time Out" was wonderfully decorated inside and out. Great water feature outside with fish. Outside porch with hot tub. Additional deck with wading type pool. We WILL be staying there on all future trips to Hot Springs! Word of warning, watch out for Missy! She likes to sneak up on you (pet deer that thinks she's dog)! I can't think of a single negative thing about this place."

"This was within walking distance to downtown and venue of the film festival we were in Hot Springs to attend. Perfect location and on a very quiet street. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The restaurants and the Hot Springs were all in walking distance. Great Location would definitely stay there again. "

"The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location is very centralized and close to many attractions and shopping. The host was very responsive to all questions. We drive a large SUV and parking in front of the house was a little tight but we were told we could park at the back of the house where there was more room. We would stay here again!"

"Felt very private with my room separated from the others. For 3 or 4 adults this place is ideal. Owner was in touch promptly to resolve any issues or concerns. The cleaning lady even came by on Her busy day to help me with the remotes and tv setup. The previous tenant may have taken a cord, by accident. All was great overall. Very comfortable beds. Great amenities. Smooth checkin with code. "
