"My family and I absolutely loved this place! The house and outdoor area are beautiful and were perfect for my birthday celebration. The host is super accommodating, patient, and friendly - she made the whole process easy and enjoyable for us.We were lucky enough to host my 21st here and received so many compliments on how perfect the place was. "This is such an amazing place to stay - beautiful rural farm land surrounded by ancient bush & forests... And yet only a 15min drive to the coast & access to 3 Sisters etc... The host & owner was great to deal with & I really appreciated learning about the current farm and the fascinating history of the whole area via an excellent book in the lounge. We visited in Summer, the place was sunny & warm & was great to have a BBQ outdoors... Access was no problem but it would be fun to stay in colder...

"We had a lovely stay at Lake Station. The cottage was cosy, clean, and had everything we (5 adults and 1 labradoodle) needed and more. We enjoyed the wood burner when it was chilly, and bean chairs on the deck when it was sunny. The dog loved bounding around the lawns. Check in was straight-forward, and instructions and communication were clear. Just a short drive to Lake Rotoiti, so convenient for exploring the park. We would happily go back again."

"I had a wonderful stay! The view was fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything. The property is located in a quiet area, surrounded by beautiful nature, great outdoor sitting area, yet still very convenient — short drive to the shops in Papamoa. This visit was for work, so I didn’t get a chance to meet the farm pets, but I definitely plan to come back for a holiday. I’m sure my daughter will absolutely love it here too! Highly recommend! "
