"Third stay at this comfortable cottage - just as wonderful as the prior visits. The hosts are communicative and responsive. Love the fresh eggs, they made a yummy breakfast. And the horses loved the apples (thank you, Dave, for the suggestion!). Will definitely be back for a fourth visit."

"Great location. Easy paddle to Hospital Hole. Kitchen was well equipped with some starter spices, pots, bowls, etc. A floating mat that my nephews had a blast on! Several kayaks, paddles & life jackets for use.The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay again!"

"This little house was perfect for my families needs. It is well stocked and very conveniently located in town, close enough to anything you need to venture out for and yet the property is perfectly nestled away in a quaint little old Florida neighborhood. Check in was without incident and conversation was effortless with our host. The children loved having that great big yard to play in while we prepared dinner. "

"Loved our stay, super cute house! Very clean, beds were comfortable. We fished in the pond at the back of the property and caught a few fish! The T.V. doesn't work good, but internet was great. Very close to honeymoon island beach and beautiful park at the end of the road you can walk to and watch the sun set. Local restaurants are great and a dunkin right around the corner. Very quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely come back. "

"Very clean, comfortable, attractive and convenient. Mini kitchen area served its purpose well though a couple of extra plates / cups would have been nice since my kids came over one night for takeout. The parking area was a real plus. Would absolutely stay again"

"The place was absolutely amazing! The only complaints I have is, the shower doesn’t have good water pressure, and the water doesn’t get hot in the kitchen sink for washing dishes. The washer and dryer worked perfectly, the air conditioning works amazingly. "We had a great time and the host was fantastic to work with. The apartment was clean and well decorated. Everything was very comfortable. If you are looking to walk around downtown Dunedin, the location is excellent. It’s in a quiet side street but easy walking distance to downtown including a nice cut through to Dunedin brewery and other locations nearby. Would definitely stay there"

"This cottage was absolutely amazing! Location was everything. You are on a dead end street and just a few steps to the beach. This side of the beach isn’t crowded and is dog friendly. If you have kids, the rental gives you access to a pool and tennis courts right across the street. The cottage has a great seating area in the back with a hot tub and grill.
