Coordinator Lisa was thorough and detailed with info in advance and ensured the really lovely home was ready in all ways -- it was spotless, stocked with extra snacks & good9es (!!) and decorated in a terrific way that felt like a home and not just another rental. "Clean, little place close drive to the beach, Treasure Island, or downtown St Pete. The property has 2 stand alone rentals on it and can be a bit noisy if the other renter is out in their outdoor space watching the outdoor TV or with a group enjoying themselves. Easy check in. "

"The property is nicely furnished and clean. All staged, therefore furniture is somewhat uncomfortable. Although two bedrooms, the rest of the house is small. Listing stated the unit has a dishwasher, but unfortunately it doesn’t. Big surprise, glad we only stayed one week. Neighborhood not walkable. Property manager was responding via text only, however responded to issues quickly and satisfactory. Parking right in front of unit which we appreciated. Fenced unit nice for puppies."

There are some basic things not there that would be nice to have such as salt and pepper or soap in the showers. Host was very responsive to questions or concerns. Our main issue was outside street noise. The home sits on a pretty busy road that has a lot of traffic on it throughout the night. "The home is cozy and there are several thoughtful touches that are very welcoming. The bed was so comfortable! The close proximity to the downtown/pier made it an easy bike ride. We are not used to riding our bikes on busy roads but the bike lanes are clearly marked and the drivers are very courteous, our experience was very positive."
