"We’ve stayed at the Avalon condos a few times and have always enjoyed the location. The condo was clean and big enough for all 5 of us. The pool is close by and a good way to enjoy the evening after the beach. Communication with the owner was great. Highly recommend a stay here!"

The location was great you could walk or bike if not wanting to drive to the different locations(parks, beach & other activities ). "Terrific place. Nicely decorated and modern. Great layout. Had everything I needed for a weeklong stay. Gated community. Kitchen had everything including coffee pods and two bottles of water. Bathroom had plenty of towels. Good lighting. Great location. Everything was as expected. Flowering bushes around the pool were very fragrant. Would loved to have stayed longer. "

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Avalon condo. It was super clean and spacious. It was very conveniently located about 2 miles from the beach. The pool and fitness facility was very nice and there was ample parking. I would definitely rent this condo again and Rosemary was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. "Everything was PERECT. So peaceful sitting outside early morning outback watching dolphins swim by. Amenities were wonderful! The only thing that could possibly make it any better would be an elevator. Those stairs were a killer carrying everything up to the third floor. Haha Great host! Would most definitely stay again!"

"This listing has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the sun and heat of Clearwater. It is tastfully decorated with all the comforts of home too. Shopping for groceries is right across the street theres a great place to eat within a 5 minute walk complete with an outdoor patio. The pool is clean and heated to a perfect temperature."
