Property Update: Solar Installation - Pelican Pointe is currently undergoing a solar panel installation project. Work will take place during daytime business hours only. During this period, guests may experience construction noise, but all amenities will remain open for your enjoyment.

Soak up the sun at Pelican Pointe, located just across the street from Clearwater Beach's sugar-white sands. Relax by the heated pool, stroll to Pier 60 for unforgettable sunsets, and explore local dining and shops - all within easy walking distance. Tucked away for extra privacy, this studio offers a cozy retreat with plenty of natural light.

We were so please to find this quaint motel in the center of everything! From beach.restaurants..and all types of little businesses to the aquarium and much more..definitely going back for a longer stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Price was great and location was perfect. It was during spring break and there were college kids there but never dealt with noise issues at all. Will be staying there again.

Great location, across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and Pier. We have stayed at Pelican Point on and off over the years and first time in this unit. Only negative is the condo unit looked like they were still fixing the unit as the ceiling was peeling off and not finished painting in the bathroom under the sink

Bargain by the beach

We stayed in the corner suite behind the elevator. Walking distance to shops and dining. Didnt mind the construction next door, but it does start early during the week. (7am) Pool was open late. No noise from neighbors. Overall decent stay for the price.

Great location for a short stay! The property’s elevator was a bit scary but only option to go up the fourth floor with a stroller & two young kids. It was shaking the whole way up. I should’ve requested the first floor. The property is walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately, not the property’s fault but the guest staying at the hotel during our stay was noisy and disrespectful.

Heart of Clearwater

I have no words for how much I loved my stay. This is my second time at the Pelican Point and it’s harder each time to leave. I’m already planning my next visit! Thank you so so much. Heidi was an angel to us and felt like a friend I’ve known for years. Left a piece of my heart there, most definitely.

Affordable and convenient

Amidst all these towering expensive hotels is this affordable and convenient vrbo. I would stay again. The only knock I give them is cleanliness in the hallways to the rooms and floating leaves (not sure what, I chose not to swim in the pool) in the swimming pool. Thanks for a great night!

Beach weekend

Excellent value for the money: clean and comfortable, with an outstanding location. Easy walk to the beaches and shops. Parking for one car included, a big plus in a beach town where parking fills up quickly and can be expensive. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the property management team was attentive and informative.
