"bien ubicado y comodidades dentro del departamento en buen estado . Solo mejoraría la comunicación de los encargados administrativos del complejo por idioma(solo ingles) y sobre todo de la señora que posiblemente es la Jefa o Gerente que mostraba mala predisposición en la atención personal. "

"Make sure you don’t mess up on your dates. They will not refund you even if you reach out weeks ahead and when you arrive that you will be leaving early. Even a day early. The balconies are slim and can’t put a chair straight on the 6th floor but the view is incredible. It has character due to its age but they are updating it. Pool is not heated and whirlpool is mediocre. But the benefits of the area outweigh all the negative. Have stayed here multiple times without any problems. Lots of fun...

"This place is amazing looking just like the pictures. In walking distance to lots of restaurants but then away from the hustle and the bustle of the night life for a quiet nights. Beach was right there and absolutely beautiful!!! Definitely will be back !!"

"Great ocean views, from all rooms. Nice, clean, well equipped, and very spacious. All you need for a beach day is there, chairs, Sun umbrellas, water toys, etc. Just 60 feet from the ocean. The neighborhood is also gray, north beach is quiet and not so crowded. Highly recommendable, I’ll return next year."

"The unit was exactly as pictured and described only better. The host has done an amazing job of providing just about everything you could want or need for a "home away from home". The bed and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and the deck furniture was perfect. We loved the high top table for meals and watching the sunset and the comfortable chaise chairs for reading and relaxing. "The condo is just as described and shown. Everything was clean and well appointed. The property was a wonderful place to stay and access to the pool and beach were right outside the door. We were very happy with our stay."

"Location was great. Parking was interesting and did not accommodate guests. The beds were a bit high and my 88 year old mom had a hard time climbing up to get to the bed. The second bedroom mattress should be replaced - it sinks in the right, middle. The view was nice, it was quiet."
