This apartment is an 1100 sq. ft. two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium unit with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room, and a patio-type balcony.

Master bedroom, which includes a king size pillow top bed, has a private bathroom with a walk-in closet. Second bedroom is furnished with a two full size beds. Towels, pillows and linens are included. Dining area provides an extendable table that can easily sit up to six guests.

Specious living room area is furnished with a large and comfortable sectional couch, coffee table and a flat screen television. Kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, as well as all the pots and pans, dishes and utensils.

Unit also has an in-unit washer and dryer and a patio storage where your will find all your beach gear including chairs, coolers, blankets, umbrellas and water floats. For your convenience the apartment is accessible via a keyless door lock so you do not have to worry about accidentally misplacing your key. Free Cable TV, High-Speed Internet and Phone Service with free calls to US and Canada is included in this rental.

The Avalon at Clearwater is a gated, resort-like, condominium community that offers a family friendly environment with a heated swimming pool, 24/7 fitness facilities, and a luxury clubhouse with a kitchen, fireplace, and a barbecue area. It is located in the heart of Clearwater Florida and is within a walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation.

Spring Break 2025

Our family of 4(mom,dad, kids 10 and 12) stayed here for 6 nights. The building was quiet, but there is a school a parking lot over and you will hear music starting around 9 in the morning. The overall unit suited us fine. There is a lot of baby stuff(actual crib, stroller, high chair, pack n play, toys, life jackets), this is the place if you have a small child for sure. The patio does not have a table and chairs, but wicker type furniture. They keep the beach chairs out there, along with the toys. The chairs have seen better days, but we used them, since we didn't bring ours, since there were some there. There was no beach wagon to find(I know a previous guest mentioned in their review, they bought one and left it there). Beach towels were good to use. However, I didn't feel there were enough body or hand towels to use. The water pressure is not very strong at all in the unit and I wished there was a sprayer in the kitchen sink, would be helpful. The unit cooled well(it was high 80's, low 90's) and the fans in the bedrooms were great. All of the beds were really firm and my husband almost slept on the couch instead. The place could use some maintance, with some touch ups in the place. The outside pool was really warm, like over 90' warm and it was pretty busy during the day. People noted communication was good, but only while we were in their unit. I contacted them through VRBO and email 3 weeks before our visit and no response.They do have a ring camera.

Relaxing, close to beach

Had a family trip planned for Christmas. Property was clean, and location was good. Minutes from Clearwater, and other beaches. Wife and I stayed with our 2 teenage boys. Everything was good.

Nice condo in clearwater, not too far from the beach. Decent midway point between clearwater beach and Tampa. We enjoyed our stay. The provided beach chairs and beach toys were a nice touch.

Great place no real complaints…. But….

This property is on the third floor of the building up two flights of stairs. No elevators. Trash had to be walked to the compactor on the other side of the complex. Little bit inconvenient and the owner asks that you wash AND put the dishes back. Trivial but shoulddisclose in the listing. Grwat place tgough!

Great place!

Just stayed 4 nights at the condo with my husband and two children. It was a perfect size for us. When we arrived it was very clean, quiet area, and communication was great with the hosts. Condo is about a 10 minute drive to Clearwater beach. Will definitely book again when we visit Clearwater in the future.

Wonderful and great location.

I recently stayed at this lovely condo and had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, and the complex felt safe, which was particularly important to me with my two teenage girls. The condo itself was comfortable and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Awesome place to stay

Conveniently located close to Clearwater Beach. Easy check in, clean, comfortable, just feels like home away from home. This was our second year staying here and we cannot wait to go back. Hosts have excellent communication before, during and after. Would recommend this property or any other property they have!

Spacious

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was perfect . We had two kiddos with us 6&12 and they had a ball. If I had one thing to offer is the kiddos didn't have a TV in their room so they slept in living room on the cozy couches .. loved that it had a washer and dryer in the condo. Definitely would recommend 10/10.

Nothing fancy but clean and great pool

This is on the 3rd floor walk up of a condo complex in Clearwater. It has 2 couches, not a sectional as pictured. It’s very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is one building away and was very nice and not too crowded. The drive to clearwater beach is about 5-10 minutes and a pretty easy drive. There were about 6 beache towels provided. They have sun umbrellas, beach chairs, some kids toys and sand pails and I left a beach wagon there so hopefully it’s there for others to use. Overall a good experience.

Fabulous place

It was a great property for us!! Very clean and cozy with a beach vibe! The kitchen is setup for whatever you would like to cook for a meal! Our family enjoyed it and will be back anytime we are in the area!

Beautiful Stay

It was a pleasure staying here. Condo was not only very comfortable, but spotless! We would recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful property. Condo is very close to all destination sites- John’s Pass, St Pete’s, Tarpon Springs. Dunedin, and of course, Clearwater Beach!

Cozy, clean, lots of extras

Nice condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. All kinds of extras including beach toys and beach gear. Very clean and so cozy! Easy drive to the beach. Loved that it is in a gated community, we felt safe and private. The heated pool was definitely our kids favorite and we are looking forward to staying here again!

My granddaughter and i very much enjoyed this property. It was clean, bright and spacious. While we didn't get to spend a lot of time there (she was swimming most of our stay), the time we were there was great, as was the location for our purposes.

Memorable 2 week vacation

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at this Avalon condo. The Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We appreciated all the beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, small and large coolers). Loved the ease of doing laundry with the washer and dryer within the condo ! We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony - very private. Everything was clean and met our expectations. The location is very convenient to the beaches and there's a Publix supermarket right across the street. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Can’t beat it!!

Great apartment in great gated community. Wonderful location around a 15 minute drive to Clearwater beach. They have tons of things that you can use at beach, kids toys, chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, etc. Was close to everything we needed. Super clean. 5 stars. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful family Vacation near Clearwater Beach

We had a wonderful stay in this really equipped apartement for 11 days. Good Space and a cozy homelike feeling made us think we we're home instead of retning an appartement! Very convenient with close distance to a very nice pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. We felt we we're close to everything with nice shops just cross the street and beaches. We can highly recommend this place!

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. Exactly as pictured and explained. Everything you need is provided. Very comfortable and the perfect size for our family. Homeowner is always available to answer questions. The condo is close to restaurants and stores. Only a short drive to Clearwater beach. We enjoyed swimming in the very clean pool!
