"Getting in and out of property a little bit of a pain. Would stay again. Everything was available in the room that you needed. Pool was nice and warm, saw dolphins fairly regularly."

"The property is wonderful with amazing grounds. Love the extra beds in the second bedroom as it gave us added room for our kids to have separate beds. Very close to the beach and was perfect for our family. "

"Stayed 4 nights, enjoyed the condo greatly and the view from the large balcony was outstanding. The condo was decorated nicely and had everything that we needed. The traffic trying to get out of the condo was very busy just as everywhere else in the area. Restaurant was next door and several others very close by. Also a Walmart was right over the bridge for convience. Our host was easy to reach and reponded quickly to any questions we had. The favorite part was the balcony and view! "

"Very Clean. Beds comfortable. Great Host who answers questions immediately. Property had most things we needed. Didn't like getting stickered because of no parking pass on weekend (need to work something out with security until Management Services opens on Monday). Pool was a bit of a walk away but turned out to be not that bad. Chairs and pool were clean and very nice. We will be looking to come back soon. "

"This property was in a great location with beach access close by. I loved the clean smell as we walked into the condo. The view was amazing! Loved the large patio. The reclining sofa was so relaxing after a long day out and about. TV was great! My only suggestions would be to get rugs that stayed in place in the bathroom and the cabinet sits too close to the toilet. It's easy to bump your head on.I would also recommend a soft fabric shower curtain. Owner thought of everything for her condo. Nice...

"We had a nice time. Location was very convenient. We could walk or bike to most everywhere we needed to go in lovely St Pete. Check in and out was super easy and our host was accommodating and friendly! The sitting area in the living room was a bit small- not the most comfy place to sit but not terrible either. "

"We loved this place. It was very warm and welcoming. The decor was cozy and inviting. Minimalist environment, no clutter which made for easy use of all the space for our stay. "

"My husband and I stayed and it was convenient to everything. The Property Manager was wonderful and even called us to let us know the property was available well before time. Pool and Hot tub felt fantastic. Perfect little get away for 2. Fishing on the wall and bridge are available, but the dock was taken out by the hurricane and not yet replaced. There are also 2 community grills and picnic tables that are not shown in the pictures. Full time residents were very inviting. Will stay...

"What an amazing place. If you needed something it was there. Bed was very comfy. AC worked great and view was wonderful. I enjoyed my mornings and afternoons watching the dolphins manatees and rays in the water. Made friends with some birds too. Ill def be back. Beaches were easy to get to and plenty of spots to eat. Next time ill bring food because i could have cooked anything with the loaded kitchen. Great weekend for my grandaughter and I."
