This cottage features a queen bed, free wifi, a private bathroom and a mini fridge.

We're a 15 minute drive away from one of the most beautiful beaches: Clearwater Beach. We welcome you to enjoy the pool and hot-tub. We offer free-parking on site.

The cottage was absolutely perfect for us. We did not make use of the pool or common areas but found the porch a very welcoming spot for early morning coffee and relaxation. The smell of the trellising honeysuckle a bonus. We found the location perfect for visiting Clearwater, Dunedin and Palm Harbor (visit Molly Goodheads for seafood!). We found the host to be an excellent communicator, always courteous with prompt replies and providing useful information to ensure a wonderful stay. Checkin and out could not have been easier and we would hesitate to return.

Walkable to downtown and a great chicken place called Jardin de Pollo that is super close! Pool area was relaxing and I enjoyed that there was a designated lot to park that was not street parking.

The location was great, but amenities in the room were minimal. The hospitality book says clean the pool every day, but we were there 8 nights and it was cleaned once. No contact with the host, except for some pre-set automated message. I sent a request for a change over of towels ( a 20 cost) and 2 days later only received an automated message saying I could request for a fee! I asked about the pool being cleaned and never got a reply, just another automated message saying they would like a 5 star review and anything less is a fail on their part!
Hot tub on Wednesday
Hot tub Thursday- also hot tub was not heated.
Kitchen area- Host provided 1 plate and cup. 1 towel each and 1 day of shampoo/soap.

A nice cottage feel with good front porch for sitting. Room is size of a hotel room. A small refrigerator and microwave. Sink and toaster. Coffee maker was the old type but they had a Keurig in the Main Room. Free parking close to cottages which made it easy to bring in luggage. Area very convenient to walk to downtown. Good restaurant short walk away. Only downside is need to use your towels or pay for clean ones and utensils were limited in the room.

I would highly recommend staying here. Great location, very clean and plenty of space. Cannot check in early - so do not expect an early check-in, but they are true to their word on everything. I would stay here again without hesitation. No personnel onsite to speak to - but we were fortunate and didn't need anything. Nice reception area with beverages and snacks. This is a very self-serve type environment, but as long as it works - and it did - we are happy! Stay here - do not hesitate. We stayed in The Palm Cottage and it was so peaceful and well decorated. Thanks for the great stay!

Very clean, comfortable, attractive and convenient. Mini kitchen area served its purpose well though a couple of extra plates / cups would have been nice since my kids came over one night for takeout. The parking area was a real plus. Would absolutely stay again

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay and the cottage was very clean and quiet! It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants! We would definitely like to stay here again! The pool area and common area were very nice as well!

Amazing all around. Property manager was helpful. Great location. Close to Honeymoon Beach! Close enough to Clearwater Beach. Quiet! Dunedin is an amazing town. Would have liked daily housekeeping.

Pretty, but…

I guess we were disappointed by a few things. Firstly, we had to make multiple detours and “questionable traffic maneuvers” to get to the property because of road construction that nobody mentioned. Secondly, our cottage was unlocked when we arrived mostly because the keypad was broken. (Nobody checked?) we had to wait almost 1 1/2 hours before we could go out for dinner waiting for someone to confirm it was broken and find a physical key we could use. Thirdly, no one answered the phone and the messages were basically just pre-formatted and sent out on a prescribed timeline rather than responding to our requests. We got a message insisting we be “checked out” no later than 10 a.m. but there wasn’t any direction on what to do with the key and no staff to give it to. Our neighboring guests couldn’t have been kinder or more supportive though and the unit was certainly very clean. There was a burnt out lightbulb that was also a bit annoying. I am not optimistic it will happen but it would at least be a gesture of good faith if the host were to offer some sort of refund for the inconveniences.

Ok but not great

We were slightly befuddled by the sign in. Couldn’t even get the code until the precise time of entry. Then we bit surprised by the size of the place.booked as a cottage, it’s actually one-half of a cottage and the size of a medium hotel room. There is a kitchenette, but it is equipped with only two or three dishes and glasses. Towels provided were very thin and but the worst thing was that we were promised a queen size bed, but ended up with a full size one that was made up with king size sheets. Very uncomfortable as they bunched up. When we voiced this concern, we were told that housekeeping couldn’t enter our room during our stay for security reasons. Anyway, decent location, easy walk info Dunedin. Grounds were nice.

Wonderful Stay

This was the cleanest most adorable place I have ever stayed at. Great restaurants and entertainment were all within walking distance. My host checked with me to make sure everything was good and wanted to know if I needed anything. I very highly recommend this company and these wonderful cottages. I will be staying here when I am back in town!
