"The hotel was lovely and the room was big and clean. The outdoor area was a bit small. The staff were so nice and helpful. We arrived early and just wanted to leave our bags while we went out sightseeing but a room was ready so they let us check in early. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with very quickly. The hotel was close to many of the things we wanted to see, but not everything. We would stay again."

"To be clear, we had a one night stay, arrived at 2100, went out until 0000, then left at 0430, so very little time in the hotel
Two reasons we were unhappy, despite the room being clean and well presented:
The internet was awful, a device would stay attached for a few seconds then drop. I could have investigated with reception, but at midnight, with an early start, we needed sleep time and had to leave internet access until our next destination.Doubtful the night reception wouldbe able to do...

"Appartamento al piano terra con affaccio su due pozzi luce che sostanzialmente non lasciano entrare la luce del giorno. Scarso isolamento acustico, per cui se i vicini sono rumorosi vi disturberanno di continuo. Buona soluzione per vacanza tra amici, non ideale per famiglie."

"Excellent simple well maintained and clean apartment. Incredible location, literally right next to the Sagrada Família. Stunning view from the terrace and pool. The check in was all easy via WhatsApp instructions with codes. You can leave your luggage at their offices but it’s a bit far, so we used secure lockers close by which worked better."
