Description of the apartment -
· Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a glass-enclosed balcony on the 5th floor of an 100-year-old Art Nouveau building, renovated outside and inside. The floors are still the original colorful mosaic, and the ceilings are 9 feet high. There is an elevator, air conditioning, central heating, and a full kitchen with granite countertop, pots & pans, dishes, etc. One full bathroom with toilet, sink, and half-tub with shower. The living room has a dining table and chairs, a sofa, a 21-inch TV, You can see the tips of La Sagrada Familia from the enclosed balcony.
The apartment fits one to four although an occupancy of three-maximum four would be the ideal for the size.

Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi. A taxi lane runs in front of the apartment.

Equipment - SAFE in the master bedroom.
Private LAUNDRY ROOM inside the apartment with a washing machine and a dryer.
A/C and heating.
We supply LINENS and TOWELS, and a starter supply of soap and SHAMPOO and other essentials.

Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) noise in the living area. The bedrooms have no traffic noise.

Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 for occupancy. Check-out time is 11:00am.
Reserved early check-in or late check-out for half the nightly rate, subject to availability.
There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE SERVICE in our office when you arrive before check in or depart after check out time. We have our office in the building next door.

Le logement est très fonctionnel et très propre. On a apprécié la position centrale et le service rapide quand nous avons eu besoin de quelqu’un pour un petit soucis de chaudière. Le lit confortable. Rien à dire à par merci .

The balcony was great for views of the city and people watching. Everything was close by and the metro was easy to get to! We were provided with suggestions for food, sightseeing, and intercity travel. Absolutely loved stunning Barcelona and this little home away from home while we were there!

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch. Sie war, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt.. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war immer sehr zeitnah und ausführlich und die Betreuung über die Agentur vor Ort war ausgezeichnet. Ein besonderes Highlight war die große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Türme der Sagrada Familia.

This was a fabulous apartment that was very roomy, with a balcony. It was in an excellent area that I could walk to everything I needed. Shops and restaurants close by. Host was excellent and accommodated my early check in. Also has a lift which made my visit easier.

Conveniently located close to La Sagrada Familia in a nice neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Relatively quiet and secure. Lilliana was very responsive when I managed to lock myself out of the safe.

Beautiful neighborhood...Barcelona is stunning and easy to get around in using public transpirtation that is all around...Host could not have been better...One tiny suggestion...The electricaloutlet near the bed allowed only one plug in which meant we had to choose between bedside light or charging our phones..i think that is easily fixed...

We had a very nice stay here with our two year old. Liliana provided a crib and high chair and allowed us to check in early. The second bedroom was nice and dark and my son slept great. The bathroom is very small. A large person would have a hard time sitting on toilet. There were some issues with hot water while showering. All in all great stay, wonderful location. Would stay again!

This spot is in an amazing location. The inside could use some renovations and the bathroom is small, but we had a good stay. The balconies are beautiful as well. Overall, I would recommend this spot.

Property is in an excellent location. A bit too noisy because it is in a main street. It helps that the apartment itself faces the courtyard to the side but street noise is still a bit loud. Bathroom is very small and smelled like urine when we arrived. Couch is not very comfortable. Dated decor.

A Great Place to Stay

The apartment was very comfortable and cute, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent and convenient for walking to all the local culture and attractions (even for two seniors in their seventies) with two teen-aged granddaughters).

The location is amazing and the host was very helpful and answered any of my questions, before, during and after. Check in was great since we got off our cruise ship and she allowed us to leave our bags in the office, this was a huge benefit. Very good communicator.

Nice experience

Very good apartment, well located, nice bedrooms super clean, there is no problems with keys and stuff only codes to access the building and the room which makes it easier when you travel with few people, i recommand it to anyone who wants to come to barcelona

Ottima posizione

Avevamo solo 3 giorni per visitare Barcellona. Appartamento consigliatissimo per l'ottima posizione centrale. Ci siamo spostati tranquillamente a piedi. Appartamento pulito e ordinato. Unica nota: bagno un po' piccolino ma con tutto l'occorrente. Se torneremo a Barcellona soggiorneremo ancora qui.
