We got the elevator / lift !!! Now no need to use the stairs :-)

This flat is in a 'finca regia' (historical buiding to be preserved), fully refurbished, with 2 sleeping rooms, kitchen, bathroom and dining room.

Just refurbished flat, in a 'finca regia', that is an historical façade, in downtown Gràcia part of Barcelona city.

In Gràcia part of the city you will be just in the middle of all the Gaudi's master works, that is Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell and La Pedrera (first picture).

The apartment is located in Torrent de l'Olla, close to Plaça del Sol, the market, Verdi cinemas, many restaurants, and all those items in a designer & artist atmosphere.

From an old apartment we have created an unique atmosphere mixing the vintage part and the newest materials, with hand-made furniture and lamps and designer furniture and lamps (Resol, My Oruga, Kare Design, Paul Neuhaus, Paulmann, Comes).

The air conditioning and the heating, good mattresses, and balcony will be top to enjoy some days of relax in vibrant Barcelona.

Being in Gracia suburb is a must to dive in design & creative Barcelona, you will see that!

You will enjoy free high speed WIFI 24 hours.

For children we offer games, books, high chair and bed for baby, if needed.

If you are coming by plane, we can arrange for you the pick up at the airport and driving to the flat.

If you are coming by car, we will tell how to find best prices for parking.

Would you need late check in, this is not a problem (small fee applies)

Pros: The apartment was nice. Electric water heater so everyone could take a good bath with hot water. Kitchen was stock pretty good ( though no paper towel) it was A/C and heating system in all the apartment. Great host always available. It was close to a plaza with restaurants and stores. Cons: it’s located Around 10 minutes from the closest subway station which was not great with 3 kids and you definitely need to use the subway to get to most tourist attractions. It’s on the third floor , it has an elevator but it only fits 2 adults so for a family of 5 we needed 2 trips each time.

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen, lebhaften Gracia. Das Haus liegt an einer Einbahnstraße, aber dennoch hat man viel Verkehr, den man auch hört. Wer es ruhig braucht, sucht besser woanders. Die Mieter im Haus haben wir aber kaum gehört. Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock und das ist es gut, dass es einen Aufzug gibt. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man braucht. Auch ein paar Basis-Lebensmittel waren vorhanden. Spülmaschinen-Tabs waren auch ausreichend da. Die Betten sind recht neu und durchaus bequem.Bad und WC sind neu und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Zu dritt war genug Platz. So passten wir auch alle auf das bequeme Sofa - sowas braucht man ja nach einem langen Tag in Barcelona. Ansonsten gibt es nur Stühle. Am Esstisch konnten vier Personen sitzen. Es gibt Internet, aber kein Smart-TV. Also auch lediglich spanische Sender. Die Spiele-Auswahl findet sich ziemlich zusammengewürfelt in einem Karton - wir haben nicht versucht, dass zu sortieren. Ach ja: das schöne Gebäude auf dem Foto ist nicht das Haus mit der Ferienwohnung! Barcelona-Kenner haben das sowieso erkannt - ich nicht. Allerdings ist das jetzt in der Objektbeschreibung auch ganz deutlich zu lesen. In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Lokale. Metro und Bus sind nicht weit weg. Das Auto braucht man in Barcelona wirklich nicht. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung gibt es Super-Eis - unbedingt probieren (lasst euch nicht durch die kleinen Becher täuschen: da passt viel rein!).

Apartment was clean and neat, and communications with Teo was good. We felt safe in the neighborhood, but a little noisy with the garbage trucks coming a couple of times during the night. AC was not up to par, felt humidity in the front rooms the few days we stayed. Elevator very narrow and small. Fits two with luggage at most. Dining area little on the dark side.

Great place - clean, conveniently located, and spacious for our needs. As Canadians we are used to A/C so that was a hard adjustment for us as one of the rooms didn’t have it at all and the window had to stay open... It’s also very close to the garbage which gets collected in the middle of the night, but otherwise, we were very happy with our place and where it was for getting around. Our flight also arrived very early and they allowed us to drop-off our luggage and pick up the key so that we could enjoy the day in Barcelona - ¡Muchas gracias!

Saubere Unterkunft mit guter Lage

Die Kommunikation und der Check in waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Alles hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Abends und nachts ist ein gewisser Lärmpegel vorhanden. Die Matratzen sind okay. Ein großes Laken ist jeweils als Decke vorhanden.

Wonderful Experience

We were checking in for one day to go to the Barcelona Futbol game. They accommodated us needing to check in early and leave our bags in the place. Very easy to get to stadium from here due to metro green being close.

Excellent!

We stayed for one week in the apartment. Everything was perfect. We loved the neighborhood and the two squares on either side of us were filled with restaurants, cafes, and bars. The small Condis grocer had everything we needed and it was super easy to either hail an Uber from the front sidewalk or grab any green lit taxi driving by. Highly recommend.
