"Short drive to all areas of the NP. Very clean. Shower was amazing after a long day of hiking. Property is close to road, so noise is a factor but host provides a fan to block out noise. Basic housing needs fulfilled at this location. Good for singles or a couple."

"Wonderful stay! FYI- Maps app doesn't bring up the address. However please take note and print out the details that they give you prior to getting there. Service is spotty in the area. This house is on gravel road and it's secluded. We had a great stay and will definitely rent again if we are back in the area. We enjoyed the corn hole boards and horse shoes for the afternoon wind down. We stayed for 3 days and was able to see all the New River gorge areas in these 3 days. No hiking just taking...

"We were in town for a church conference at Solid Rock Worship Center. Our drive was less than 5 minutes, so the location of this house was perfect!Everything was as described. The house was clean and cozy. The beds were SO comfortable...a rare find for a rental property, and a HUGE plus!! The back porch was a perfect place to hang out and enjoy the fall weather, and (though we didn't have time to utilize it) the back yard is really nice! "Excellent little apartment. It's small, but comfortable and well laid out. Space was clean, had great light, and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was not huge, but well set up, and had everything you'd need for cooking and brewing coffee. Lots of charming details: books, info about WV, a few games etc. Justin was responsive and setup of VRBO was thoughtful. I wasn't sure how a basement apartment would feel, but it was very cozy and cute. Very convenient to highway, restaurants, and grocery stores....

"It was great to have the entire apartment to ourselves. Very well maintained, so it feels like it's been renovated recently. The host was very responsive to our requests. We activated electric board heaters. So the rooms felt warm and comfortable. The house is located just a few minutes from the downtown. Great location. "
