"The house was the perfect size for my two kids and I. Everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The house felt very home-y and the kids loved all the books, toys, and the rock painting. The neighborhood was quiet, and everything was just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again."

"A great place to stay. Very clean and well kept. My wife used the word 'elegant' to describe the suite. The living area, bathroom, tub/shower, and bed were all top notch! Conveniently located right in town and close by to several beautiful State Parks in the area. Downtown Utica was great and all the local business were very accommodating and friendly. "The house was in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. It was a charming old Sears model home that had been solidly updated. "Great place to stay!! We walked to multiple bars/restaurants, stores, and activities. Parked the truck when we got there and didn't need it until it was time to go home. Keep in mind you'll need to navigate plenty of stairs, but so quiet and relaxing being elevated above the busy street activities below. Easy check in, super clean, plenty of kitcken gadgets and linens. "
