"It’s a wall up so you can’t see the no view. The night stands were broken. The bed sheet had burn holes. The hot tub hose was leaking anytime you turned it on. Then the hotel staff was upset that I asked for a new room. Then told me the spa rooms were all booked so I had to stay in the room. He offered another room a double queen when I had a spa king room. I stayed here numerous times before and this is my worse I will not be back. The staff has to do better."

"Clean, compact, centrally located!
The room was efficiently laid out. Perfect for single traveller on a short trip. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. I was even allowed to check in early so I could get ready for an event I was attending.
Only complaint was noise from doors closing in the middle of the night. Sound dampening could be explored."

"My stay at Little Charlie Hotel in New York City was fantastic from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—close to everything you want to see and do in Manhattan, yet tucked away enough to feel calm and comfortable after a busy day in the city.
The staff truly made the experience stand out. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, making check-in and check-out incredibly smooth and effortless.

"Our stay was wonderful at the Lexington!!! The staff were incredibly accommodating to our requests such as early check-in, late check-out, and proximity to our family we were traveling with. They even let us use the lobby for congregating and they let me borrow an umbrella during the blizzard. The free waters from the gift shop were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious.
