"Very convenient location to retail stores and restaurants. Difficult to determine driveway to house. Did not see street address posted. Check in process a “5” because someone was leaving property as 2 guests arrived. Had not received instructions, so that worked out. Sorry to say the listing was not as expected. Hot tub and grill were not useable. Grass too high to venture out in back yard. Microwave unreachable for some of the adult guests. Would have been helpful if owner had left...

"The "houseboat" was wonderful. We could walk to everything, but at the same time felt like we were staying in our own quiet neighborhood. The Cove is a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful. The communication and instructions on where to park, check-in, check out were super clear. The Cove is just a quick walk to the Riverfront and all the amazing spots of Wilmington. We had an issue with one of the TVs not working (which didn't really matter to us) and the staff had it repaired the next...

"This is my second stay at Lanier Pointe Campground. The staff is amazing. The grounds are well kept. The pool area is nice although the pool interior needs a fresh coat of paint. The cabins are nice and well kept. Housekeeping could use a refresher on cleaning behind commodes, light fixtures, and bathroom vents. Overall a nice place to stay. "

"It would be hard to improve on our accommodations. Even our guests noted that nothing was lacking in amenities. Fully appointed kitchen. The Gathering Place was clean as a whistle. Neighborhood was quiet at night. I had a little remote work to do so the fast, secure WiFi was greatly appreciated. "

"Great location! We did not have to drive the whole week except a run to the grocery store. Which we didnt have to buy much, because so many things, like mayo, mustard and ketchup were already there. Even some coffee (it’s a Keurig by the way.) The pool is close and cleaned every day. Small glitch with the AC when we first arrived but the owners responded quickly and got it fixed the next day. So many restaurants and free entertainment within walking distance - never a dull moment in CB!"
