"I was extremely pleased with the apartment that I stayed in, it was quiet, spacious and comfortable. It had everything I needed fo my short stay. As they are set up for self catering, you do not get the option for breakfast however, there is a joining store where you can items to make your own breakfast/lunch/meals! "This was our third stay at Adagio Birmingham. Rooms are clean and modern. Kitchen is fully equipped. Stone throw from Bull ring and plenty of cheap parking around. Receptionist are helpful and always cheerful. "

I have to say that one staff member went over and above.. he fixed my television (the lead was detached) as I was very keen to watch the second episode of “call the midwife” on the Boxing Day .. started at 20.30 and we checked in at 18.30.. the reception was very busy and he still had the patience and care to fix it for me "

"We had a lovely stay at the Crowne! Beds were so comfy and rooms were spacious. Breakfast was fantastic way to start the day and the pool was great to unwind at the end of your day - even better thay children could not access it after 6 pm! Close to shops and touristy bits and a great starting point to go a take excursions out of the city. "
