"we recently stayed about 6 hours after our flight to haneda was delayed causing us to miss our connection. i booked the room online once i knew we would t make it. for what it was, ie a place to shower and sleep for a few hours minutes to where we needed to be early the next day, 1000% fit the bill. easy check in via the machine and we were both showered and in bed within 45 mins. can’t beat it. i’d return if in a similar conundrum."

We booked a triple room, and it was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The three beds were large and very comfortable, and the room size exceeded our expectations, especially for Tokyo. "The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were punctual and courteous. They changed the towels and emptied the garbage daily. The front desk staff was also very courteous and accommodating. We forwarded some luggage to the hotel and both bags were waiting for us in our room. The washer and dryer worked well too, even though it took a while to do a load.
The only negatives is that the room is on smaller than we expected. No closet either – just some hangers on...
