Communication was great, and Eliaz helped us arrange golf cart rentals and groceries to be ready once we arrived. "Stayng at Casa de Musica was a perfect 'home away from home' on the island. It offered a fabulous blend of comfort, privacy and people watching, all with a gorgeous ocean view! Sophia was amazing...always available and happily organizing everything we needed to make our stay fabulous. I can't say enough good things about the location and the island itself was an ideal destination for a roadtrip from Merida. We can't wait to visit again!"

"Came with a group of friends to celebrate birthdays. The house was beautiful and the location, with the views, was stunning. Its walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We did not feel the need for a golf cart. Taxis were quicker, when needed, and fairly inexpensive. Hank was on top of everything we asked and was a great help! Thank you Hank and Toto for making our trip amazing!"

"Great property. The pool and the views were fantastic. Perfect location on the island. We did have some maintenance issues(ac/power outages ) but sometimes things just happen. What was important though, once management was notified it was taken care of immediately. I would come back."

"The property was a great size and location for us and we generally really liked it for our stay. The only slight issue was the quality of the decked area outside which was a bit rotten in places which made it a bit dangerous. However, we did love it and would defintely stay again. "Casa Los Tres Chiles was just as advertised and more. It was spotless yet tastefully decorated. It was in a great location close to restaurants and not far from Centro. Six of us slept comfortably and had a great time by the pool each day and evening. The host was great! The one little negative was that the water in the main shower sometimes didn’t warm up appropriately. All other bathrooms were fine. Will stay again!"
