"The place was clean and appeared exactly as it was listed. Suited our needs in a central location on Isla Mujeres. The host was fantastic! She provided a lot of helpful info on getting to the island by ferry. Also provided info on the bag handlers and taxi service. There is a book in the room that lists local places to visit and her personal reviews. We will stay here again"

"We had a wonderful family vacation! The home was perfect for the 13 of us and accommodated all of our needs. The house is clean and well appointed for large groups. Victor and Ginny were very attentive to our needs and if you pay for the chef service, they really do their best to accommodate all of your diet and meal preferences and prepare the tastiest meals! "The property, Zyanya, was as advertised! Spectacular views, incredible open spaces inside and outside of the house. Angel, host, and Luis, chef and daily contact, were exceptional. Luis's meals were exceptional with flavor combinations that only a master could imagine. We have stayed all over the world and this is at the top of our list. We highly recommend to all."

"Pictures are amazing but in real life, it was even better!! Will not stay anywhere else in the island moving forward. Gorgeous pool, exclusive beach access, and a comfy bed. What more could one ask for? Poli had our golf cart waiting for us when we arrived and it has easy access to many wonderful restaurants. Love that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the north end, yet a quick golf cart ride should we decide to shop, etc."

"Isla retreat has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The villa # 3 was much more than expected. The owner was slow to respond after the initial booking when we had to make changes to our reservation it took a number of attempts to get a response but the owner did accommodate our changes. Overall definitely a great place to stay."

Excelente opción para vacacionar
"Muy buena experiencia al hospedarnos en Villa del Palmar – Cancun. El hotel está bien cuidad, limpio y se ve en buen estado, las habitaciones son muy amplias, todas las personas en los restaurantes y bar de playa brindan un excelente servicio. Muy buena calidad de los alimentos en los 3 restaurantes del hotel. La playa la limpian varias veces al día para mantenerla limpia, el mar es muy calmado. Las albercas familiares tienen todas una sección con muy poca profundidad que es divertida para los niños pequeños, además de la alberca específica para niños que cuenta con algunos juegos. El checkin fue algo complicado, el personal se mostró amable y nos comentó que el sábado es el día más complicado en la recepción. Valdría la pena evaluar si se puede eficientar algo para mejorar la experiencia. Hay opciones Premium de alimentos y bebidas que no están incluidas en el paquete All-Inclusive, en ocasiones puede resultar confuso, aunque con solo preguntar al personal te explican con la mejor disposición. "
