"El Hotel no esta mal pero no se corresponde con elevado precio (250€/noche), en una de las dos habitaciones no funcionaba la WIFI, lo repararon en unas 18 horas, en la otra habitación, el baño no tenia enchufe, el lavabo tenia una encimera muy pequeña y la mampara de la ducha no era del todo estanca, en la mesita auxiliar apenas cabia el ordenador."

"Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. Contacted Hotel.com but no support either, they said not much they can do and issue being...

"Stayed in Room 14 for one night. Room very tired - headboard peeling in flakes onto pillows, furniture shoddy & worn. Toilet roll with 4 sheets left folded at end on holder to look nice in en-suite. Room in desperate need of refurbishment. Staff however were very friendly, courteous & professional. Nice meal/drinks at reasonable price in Restaurant. Price for room also reasonable. Would stay again but only for night or two."

We stayed here for more than a week and from arriving and being warmly welcomed with a coffee in the pub before going to our room to our sad goodbye there has never been a warmer, more comfortable place! Leonardo is a gem and he and the staff accommodated our every need so graciously. The rooms are spotless and charming! you will love staying here! "
