The staff was very helpful, and I basically had everything that I needed during my stay. Check in and check out was incredibly smooth also. "As someone who travels to Japan often, I really enjoyed the location of this Tokyu Stay. It is in a much less touristy part of Tokyo so the train lines are less crowded. It is in a much quieter part of town, but not at all far from the hustle and bustle of major areas like Shibuya and Ikebukuro by train. Overall it was a great area to come back to after a long day. Staff were friendly, attentive, and avaialble if needed. "
