"Beautiful quaint A frame house which was perfect for our overnight stay. We had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to any messages and even offered a later checkout if we required free of charge. The horses next door were an added bonus.. Will definitely stay again if visiting the area.. "We had an absolutely wonderful time! We loved the space, especially the big deck for stargazing and the creek for splashing around. There was AC throughout the house which made the hot days easy. This place is a total gem and only 12 minutes from town and the river! The only thing we would change for our next visit is that we would bring an extra air mattress as some of the fold out couches weren’t super comfortable. We are so glad we were able to stay here and we cannot wait until our next...

"This property is absolutely beautiful. The river runs just below the area and the sound of the water is so nice and calming. They have coffee for the mornings which i truly appreciated! 2 seperate buildings for bathrooms and a separate space with showers (partially outside, rock floors and open roof! Also access to the river with steps made of large rocks. Everyone was helpful and friendly. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We had access to a little creek, with such clear water. Our area was pretty much shaded the whole time with all the tree coverage. The inside was cute and cozy! Loved the amenities that were included. Very clean inside and well maintained outside.Will definitely be back!"

"The cabin was great! Nice wood inside..AC ..nice king bed..TV had some issues and would be nicer if they had a few more channels..nice short walk to river and lots of trees!! Good market near by with prepared foods for using BBQ..did not find good fishing this trip but will return when river is more back to normal. Staff was very helpful and nice! Especially Lonnette who rearrainged our dates because of the flooding."

"Perfect Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Well-LocatedWe had such a great experience at this property! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. "We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. Thank you again for all of the fun!"
