"Everything was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stick for all your cooking needs. Because of the area the house is in it would be advisable to stay in and cook your dinner meals. We spent all three nights with a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed our home cooked dinner. "Property was excellent. Spacious in and out, nice big space for outdoor activities. Happy Hour on deck by the river every night. Fire pits and wood available. We enjoyed little Grand Canyon and Kinzua Bridge. Covered wagon ride thru bottom of canyon was good for us old people, as was the hot tub. Wonderful stay in upper PA. Thank you. "

"Home had more than expected. Cleanliness, comfortable beds, spacious, plenty of outside deck space and gas grill. The pond and firepit area was nice, just wish we had a chance to do some fishing but it rained 3 out of the 4 days we stayed!! Maybe next time we'll have better weather! "
