"Lovely property in a fantastic location, we wish we could have spent more time here. Julia was lovely and was there to meet us even though we got to the house later than planned. We came for a wedding at the Royal Wimbledon Golf Course which was only a short walk away across the beautiful common. The house is very well presented, has all the amenities you need and literally a 2 minute walk from the lovely Wimbledon Village with lots of great shops and restaurants. "This property met our multigenerational group needs. Plenty of space for everyone. Close proximity to shops and a delightful nature reserve. The property needs a fair bit of repair. Broken floor tiles and fronts coming off cupboards. It didn’t stop us enjoying our stay, but it jarred a bit with me."

"A good size property for a family stay. Loved the games room. Really good to be able to spread out! Super garden. Great location and lots to do. Lots of parking. Beds were comfy."

"Roger is a very nice and accommodating host. He allowed us to check in early and check out late. The house is quite large and close to the train station and only take 20 minutes to reach London Victoria Station. We did have to wash the dishes before using them and the house could use some cleaning. The linens and towels were all clean so no issues there."

"This “apart-hotel” was AMAZING! Ok, yes, it’s not in the “heart” of London, for that go and pay upwards of $700 a night. The staff was great: super helpful, friendly and nice. The Croydon Train Station is a 10-15 min walk. The self-serve kitchen (breakfast) was excellent. Truly recommend this place for a London vacation. "
