"We so enjoyed being on the water wonderful sunrises & a few manatee sightings. Very clean AC was cold, hot showers, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Beach and pool within easy walking distance as well as some good restaurants. Agree with everyone 100% Dani is a excellent Host!"

"Our stay was comfortable and very close to what we wanted to do/see. It is tastefully decorated although the paint job in the bathroom could be improved. Being coffee lovers we appreciated the fact that we’re TWO coffee making options - a Keurig and a regular coffee maker! "This house was all you could ask for and more. The front screened in porch was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. There was plenty of room inside to enjoy. Suzanne was very quick to response to any questions we had. Great time!!!"

"My family loved our stay in Orlando ! Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. Easy to access, near everything you need for your stay, including shops and supermarkets. Great pool area. Impossible to play pool in the game room cause it’s too small. I would definitely recommend the house for any vacation in Orlando, Kissimmee ! Absolutely loved it ! "

"Our group has been staying at this house every Jan/Feb for the last few years for our annual St. Johns river fishing trip. There is lots of room for our group of 12 guys and the owner is easy to deal with. We plan to return each year and this is the best house on the river in Astor that our group all agrees on staying. "We booked this property as a place to stay for a 3 day fishing trip to Crescent Lake. There were 8 guys and this place was exactly what we were looking for. Very secluded with no neighbors and just the sounds of wildlife at night. We loved the fishing dock on the creek and utilized it on several days. This information should be either on the rental announcement or given to the perspective renter for their consideration before committing to rent the transaction.
