We loved the opportunity to stay in a historic NYC brownstone and this VRBO was delightful and had excellent proximity to the 125th subway stop where we met up with our daughter who lives near the Columbia campus. The host was exceptionally friendly and check-in/out was super clear. The 10-minute walk to the subway was convenient for getting downtown. "Everything you need for your stay in NY. Owner installed new air conditioners. Nice neighborhood, excellent location for Upper town. Would be good to invest in small improvements, like dishes, but all in all very good price/quality ratio "
