"The property is well prepared, clean and spacious. The host is easy to communicate with and very attentive. What it is needed to be understood is the location of the apartment. The entrance is right on the street, it can be loud and with a lot of people smoking right in front of the door, which can create a breathing hazard. Also the zone can be perceived as unsafe, although we didn’t have any problems."

"The location is great. It's convenient to walk to nearby attractions and eateries. The unit has heating and cooling through the floor, which is unfortunately inadequate to cool the bedrooms. There's a washer/dryer combo, which is one of the reasons we chose it. There is no laundry detergent and no instructions on how to use it. We bought our own detergent and watched YouTube on how to use it. Our clothes went through a 90-minute wash cycle, followed by a 3-hour drying cycle. They came out worse...

"The location is great (lots of restaurants, free bus stop 001, train station Atocha 15min walk) however the keys wasnt at the location they mentioned (safety box nearby) and we got scared thought it was a fraude. When we finally could do the checkin it wasnt clean (no beds, towels and bathroom clean). There is none amenities so take yours. Also note that hot water is not available if you use two baths at the same time."

"The place was fine and generally lived up to the pictures. The check in process was a real hassle with the link sent to manage the electronic door lock and the electronic door lock not working. We had multiple issues with that, no TV remote, non-working coffee pot. Each time we contacted the host the first reaction was to tell us we were doing it wrong for two days before finally sending maintenance and confirming there was an issue with the electronic door lock and both the tv remote and coffee...

"The room itself is a great central location & the rooms a nice size. The check in process was stressful. They have you download an app before to access the door which we did, but did not receive the passkey for it at check in time like we were supposed to. Took about 40 minutes to get in the door on support call with VRBO, but once they got us in it went pretty smooth. The door lock on the property door is also finicky. Sometimes would take 3-4 times to actually unlock, but overall the place is...

Bonito apartamento y bien acondicionado. Muy buenos anfritiines."
