"Property was perfect for our quick trip to the area for a family funeral. My wife, mother in law and I were comfortable in the apartment and appreciated how clean it was for our stay. There is a set of steep narrow stairs to climb up to the bedrooms on the second floor which can be a challenge for those with mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings are nice. The apartment is an excellent value."

"This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

"This is a spacious, clean somewhat rural but still suburban cabin in the outskirts of Pittsburgh. Tammy and Floyd are wonderful hosts, responsive and a kick to chat with. Be sure to say hi to Jackson, their German Shepherd! Loved our stay there!"

"The location is the party center of Pittsburgh it is not a quiet place. If you want that this is not your location. That is the ONLY downside. Its beautiful well maintained and if it was in a quieter place I'd want to own it!"

"Great location, parking was perfect in the lot right next to the unit. Only complaint was the electronic door lock was a little tricky to operate at times. I would suggest an internal lock, such as a chain or extra deadbolt, just for more security. Overall, we had a great stay and my husband can’t stop raving about the shower head. We would stay here again! "

"We LOVED our stay! Everything was exactly as described. The property managers were timely in their communication. The location is central to U Pitt, Carnegie Melon, Shady Side, and downtown. The unit was clean and modern, and allowed our family of four to spread out during our stay- a must when traveling with two teenagers! The unit felt safe and secure, and we took advantage of the parking garage for ease of parking. We highly recommend this rental unit and would absolutely stay there...
