"We went to the area to visit historical sites, tour the mansions and walk around Rhinebeck and Kingston. We were two adult couples so the house layout with two beautiful king bedrooms with bathrooms worked out perfectly for us. The house was exactly as described and seen in pictures. Very nicely decorated and perfectly cleaned. The house is at the end of dead end street so it was extremely quiet and private. Great for sleeping. We didn’t use the bottom bedroom floor with the two other bedrooms....

"We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. As others may have mentioned, there is some noise from the nearby train track and bars, but that didn’t bother us much. We really appreciated the noise cancelling machine that was provided. One suggestion for improvement would be to make it explicit to guests that the backyard (incl. grill & hot tub) are shared between the upstairs and downstairs units. As guests in the upstairs unit, it felt awkward to hang out in the backyard,...

"Every inch of Bellavista is immaculately clean. The out door spaces delicious for the spectacular view and the super fun of a late night marshmallow party around the fire pit. "Very comfortable home with a lot of space for a family of six. Comfy beds and large bedrooms are a definite plus. The lower level with a ping pong table, puzzles and games made for a lot of fun and competition. One thing to point out is that there is no access to laundry at the home-we missed that in the listing. The convenience to town was great for groceries and supplies. I highly recommend this home for your trip to the Catskills…you won’t be disappointed! "
