"A bit unsure of the location of our tent as there was no one in the cabin at the property. The lady mowing the grass gave us the directions. As the grass was freshly cut it was impossible not to track it into the tent. The amenities in the tent were well thought out and we loved the colors. Enjoyed the outdoors, birds and rain storm that passed through. "

"The cabin was very cozy and so peaceful. We definitely enjoyed the fireplaces and the jacuzzi while watching Netflix. Not to mention, the distance for good hiking from our cabin was only 5-7 minutes to Matthiessen State Park and also Starved Rock. Nicole was an awesome host and I'm so happy I booked with her for a nice birthday getaway for my boyfriend. We definitely will be returning!! (:"

"A great place to stay. Very clean and well kept. My wife used the word 'elegant' to describe the suite. The living area, bathroom, tub/shower, and bed were all top notch! Conveniently located right in town and close by to several beautiful State Parks in the area. Downtown Utica was great and all the local business were very accommodating and friendly. You are seconds away from several restaurants, wineries, breweries, and shopping. We look forward to going back. Access and communication...
