Auch Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars und Fast-Food-Ketten befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Mit den Zimmern waren wir ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war der Zugang zur hauseigenen App, über die man jederzeit Kontakt mit der Rezeption...

"Clean room, attentive and informative staff "

"Room had past guest dirty socks, old contact lens case, missing towels. Staff made us wait for our room, however was providing rooms to others that arrived after us. Bar staff was very helpful with helpful celebrating my sons 18th birthday. "

"Lovely little place to stay. Easily walk to two different Tube stations. Rooms are small, so may not work well for long stays. AC and heating work well. Everything was clean and well maintained. "

"Premium priced but still so cheap they won’t clean your room. This restaurant is also way over-priced. In general it’s a curious urban dull-lit reception and bar area which will appeal to some. The surrounding area is not nice at all, don’t be misled by it being close to Notting Hill. I liked the pool although the gender neutral changing facilities is one trendy step too far for me. "

"Walking distance to Paddington Station, this was reason for choosing it for quick overnight stay. The room had minimal space for storage, hanging hooks or shelves. We had rain-soaked luggage requiring unpacking all & attempting to dry out, which this room did not accommodate. Nice staff, invited us to store luggage which we didn’t need."

"The location was so central. Right in the centre of London. Close to everything theatres shops and the best restaurants. The hotel is basic ie no windows and small rooms but hey I never go to London to sit in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilet was spotless and efficient. Loved the place and will be back again"

"The hotel was in a perfect location. Just a short walk to Leicester Square station. The hotel was clean and convenient. The check in & check out process was very quick and easy! We loved the huge tv right in front of our bed. However, the room was extremely small, barely any room to move. There was nothing separating the toilet and shower from the room expect for a glass door that barely had a privacy film. I traveled with my 14 year old son so we didn’t like lack of privacy of that area. "

"A very warm welcome and early check-in which was much appreciated. Check-in was highly efficient. Doormen were very friendly and eager to assist. If anything, front of house service was a little overbearing. I fully appreciate that staff are striving to deliver the most attentive service, but at times it felt more intrusive rather than helpful. "Comfortable and clean room, perfect for our family of 3. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Great location for Victoria Station and easily walkable to restaurants and other attractions. The only thing I didn’t expect was our room being in an annexe across the street, which made it less appealing to use the lounge to relax in, so we stayed in our room when we wanted a rest. "
