"Excellent hotel. The staff are especially outstanding, above and beyond helpful and friendly with excellent customer service. The facilities are excellent. The only niggle was the central heating/AC controls didn’t respond in both rooms which i think was due to a central override so that was annoying. "

"Nos hospedamos por una noche y desde que llegamos nos dijeron que el Aire Acondicionado funcionaba pero había que esperar a que enfriara nunca enfrío. No quejamos con el personal y no había nadie en el hotel que pudiera solucionarlo. Subieron dos personas del front desk y nos dicen que no había solución. Pedimos cambio de habitación y no habían disponibles. Solo nos ofrecieron abanicos. No dormimos nada en lo absoluto. incluyendo mi hijo quien estaba en la habitación con nosotros. Nunca...

"La habitación es muy cómoda, se ingresa al ascensor con la llave. El lobby es muy entretenido con musica, juegos, tv y muchos sofás. Esta ubicado a. 3 cuadras de la estación "

"Was a good property. The only negative in the room was the smell of mold in the bathroom. (The water runs out of the shower and onto the floor. I'm guessing that seepage is causing some mold in the wall.) Everything else in the room was good. The area is a little questionable, especially at night. Parking (and getting a taxi/Uber) is a pain due to the location on one-way streets. A short walk to the train station. Overall, I would stay again if in the area."
