"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This...

"Very good property and excellent location for us to get into London. Apartment is lovely, however the sofa bed is very firm so was pretty uncomfortable after 2 nights. Table in the property also needs fixing as it is very wobbly. Could also do with some more glasses in the property. "

"Space is nice and worked well for our family. Only complaint was arriving at night wasn’t ideal as the front gate area had a homeless person hanging around. Once we entered the gate, the walkway smelled like someone had just urinated. It didn’t give the best first impression. Getting the key wasn’t hard, just cumbersome as there isn’t a front desk person to assist. "

"Our family stayed for a week, traveling into London and the surrounding area. The property is very spacious, beds are comfortable and we had a good visit, however, there were some inconveniences. We had to supply handsoaps, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, kitchen sponge. The washing machine smelled strongly of mold. We could only find one hairdryer for a 5-bedroom house and no room had a convenient place to use it (had to sit on the floor in an upstairs bedroom because the only proper mirror...

The hosts were so friendly and there were lots of clear instructions on how to use the hot tub etc. The location was perfect, and we LOVED the decor of the place - so quirky and right up our street as we are a rock n roll loving family. "We wanted to beat the heat and enjoy the charming town of Windsor, comfortable apartment, great location, and a birthday weekend to boot. We would definitely stay again, quick communication and attentive booking."

"Fabulous apartment within a stones throw of Windsor Castle, with the added bonus of a dedicated private parking space. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge, and very comfy beds. The communication from the host was excellent. We had a fabulous 3 night stay."

"Lovely modern apartment with views of Windsor Castle. Parking for car was a 2 min walk away safe behind gated residence. Short walk into town with lots of restaurants. Short family stay was really relaxing. "

"Accommodation itself was excellent. Very good condition and nice and clean. Location was great and all parts of Eton and Windsor were walkable. Communication was great from the property itself. NOT from Hotels.com who were hard to get through to and not very helpful. Night time noise wasn’t great being right on the road and near pub/restaurant. It was hot so windows had to stay open. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Our family was within walking distance as well as many of the things we did during the stay. There was plenty of room for our teenage girls to have their own space when needed. I would recommend a few more towels for the bathrooms and kitchen and throw blankets for laying around watching tv. Had to borrow some from my mother in law. Tom was quick with answering questions as well. I will definitely stay here again. "

"A wonderful property. Secluded area, but still close to everything. The property was very clean and exactly as you see on the photos. In fact the photos don’t do the place justice. Would absolutely stay again. Would be great to stay in the summer and fire up the BBQ. Unfortunately we stayed mid October and it was a little wet!"
