"Overall excellent, but I was charged a daily parking fee because it was booked via Expedia and not directly with the hotel. Other minor complaints, had to used the hair dryer outside of the bathroom, it did not have a magnifying mirror or extractor fan in the bathroom, and no media charging plugs."

"Hotel is attached the the pub/restaurant which is great, great comfy rooms, good shower, good breakfast etc all what you would expect at this price point. Just a couple of service niggles, as we where left waiting for check-in for some 15 mins and then drinking in the bar after dinner they stopped serving at 10:30 with no warning, no bell, just 'we have shut up the bar' so we cant serve you. "

"Sadly, a good experience during the stay became uncomfortable when they accused me of damaging the kettle in my room, they accused me of having used it with milk, which is incorrect and I categorically deny it, I used the kettle properly with water for coffee and tea, on the other hand, they found milk in a cup because I ate cereal but with cold milk, at no time did I use the kettle to heat milk. I don't care about the £20 they charged me, but I do care to make it clear that it was a false...

"Para nosotros fue decepcionante. Les dije la hora exacta en que llegaba y me exigieron que los llamara al llegar. Les dije no tenía uso del teléfono para llamadas y me dijeron que fuera a información y que ellos llamarían. Fuimos a 3 sitios que decían información y ninguno quiso hacerlo. Tuve que pedirle un favor a alguien para que hiciera la llamada... Según la reservación, un transporte estaba incluido. Yo quise pagar el regreso (£19.95=$25.68) y ellos no lo aceptaron así. Ya en el carro, no...
