"Only thing is people need to respect the reserved space for those that are disabled. We had two people park in that spot and they were not staying with us in the unit. Yes, there are other spaces but having that spot for husband does make a difference. "

"Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family of 5 down for JMU family weekend. Equipped with everything we needed. Clean. Comfy beds. It was great for our family and two well behaved dogs. Owner communicated promptly and responded to all inquiries. "

"We spent a wonderful week here with three generations of family and the house was wonderful! There were enough spaces for different groups to hang out while still allowing for everyone to be together. It's hard to find a quality house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group and this exceeded our expectations; strongly recommend!"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it for up to 4 couples but I just want to give our opinion of a few things that potential renters might want to know. David was available to talk to so feel fine to communicate with him. The house was clean and furnishings nice. Very large living areas and 4 bedrooms of good size with a bathroom in each. It could use updating with fresh paint and kitchen sink/counters and a few of the TV’s which were the old tube type could be updated....

"The home is well set up. We really only used one bedroom, the hot tub, dryer and pool table. We enjoyed the quiet area. The pool table could stand some repairing, but it worked okay for us. I imagine it's difficult to keep everything nice since not all renters treat someone else's property with care and respect. We contacted the owner for one item and it was taken care of promptly. "
