Having a car is the easiest way to explore the beauty of Massanutten Resort. Timberline Lodge offers convenient garage parking, making it easy to come and go as you please. Whether you're heading to the ski slopes, the water park, or venturing out to nearby Shenandoah National Park, a car will give you the flexibility to experience all the outdoor adventures and local attractions. The resort is well-signposted, and everything you need is just a short drive away.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

Keep noise indoors during these hours.

No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING

Keep all tires off the road.

Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.

Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)

No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES

High wildfire risk area!

No open fires.

No unattended fires.

No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).

Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL

No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS

• Leash always required when outside.

Clean up after your pets.

TRASH

Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
