It’s easily for kids or even adults to lock themselves in the bathroom and have to call for help to open the door from outside."

"The family room was perfect for the 4 of us! The hosts were all so helpful and had great senses of humor, we really felt welcome. The breakfast was quaint, the warm bread and fresh fruit delicious. The hotel was fully booked but we didn ’t hear our neighbors. It was just a short drive to the airport after a very calm and peaceful stay."

"This was a very basic bare bones accommodation. The cabin was fairly small but the furnishings, floors, fixtures were all old, musty and smelly. Bathroom in particular was smelling quite badly 😢 On the positive side, the location of the cabin was great and quite close to Keflavik airport. "This hotel is under construction..the breakfast they advertised on expedia is NOT included in the rate…surprise…the hotel room is sufficient and roomy. My second stay (different room) the nespresso maker did not work and I could not get hot water for my shower. I was not impressed at all. I would not stay again!!"

"What you see in the ad is what you get. It is shared accommodations, but it is clean and the other guests were respectful. The bathrooms/showers were very clean.
I will be back for short stays as it is a great low cost option while staying in near Keflavik.
Don't expect any communication with staff or operators.
It is an automated business without human contact."

The only issue we had was the check in email didn't get to us (not sure if it was the companies fault) so we couldn't check in and didn't have things like wi-fi passwords. A quick call to the property resolved all of thism"

"The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. We opted for the Sapphire suite with access to the hot tub. (side note- this is advertised as being private, but it is on a shared balcony with no dividers).
We also chose to include breakfast and that was wonderful. There were many hot and cold food options and a good variety of beverages as well. Great offering especially when traveling with kids.
You should absolutely visit the spa if you get a chance. It was the best way to end our trip....
