"Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour."

"We had a wonderful week at the boathouse- it really is the most spectacular and unique place to stay. The view from the house is breathtaking with a vast kitchen and living area. Portofino and Santa Margerita are beautiful towns but very expensive! "

"This was one of the most magical places I have ever stayed. "The apartment was perfect and set up as advertised. The AC was a HUGE bonus and location could not have been more perfect. We enjoyed our stay and the beach and waterfront are so close. As expected the parking was tricky but the communication from Giorgio was outstanding so we didn’t have any hiccups. I highly recommend this!!!"
