"The staff was great, but the room itself had several issues. Upon arrival, there was hair on the towels, black sticky residue on top of the toilet, and handprints all over the wooden sliding doors. I was also placed in a loud room next to the ice vending machine, the housekeeping room, and the electrical room, so I didn't sleep well.
The room smelled strongly of wet dog. I'm allergic, and unless I kept it aired out around the clock, it bothered me. One morning, I woke up with a bloody nose.

"We did not like the fact that we had to ‘ask’ for cleaning service. There were no signs saying that. We ended up staying 4 nights and only got our room cleaned once which we had to ask for. We saw trash outside one of the rooms, too.
Also, the breakfast was only so-so. Very few muffins, bread and they kept running out of eggs. Tables were not cleaned."
