"Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and had a strong musty smell. The walls were dirty, the sheets did not appear clean, the floors had stains, and the furniture was old and in deplorable condition. There was also construction on the road ..."

Placemakr Austin Downtown, Apartments by Hilton
"I just want to give a shoutout to the friendly staff. I was greeted with warmth and kindness from the staff along with a refreshing cup of lemonade. Most importantly, I wanted to give an extra shoutout to the front desk and housekeeping employee (Gri***** & Jim***) I have to redact their full names ..."
