"Not returning here! Stayed 4 nights. The staff said they only clean rooms every other day unless you request otherwise. So we requested it to be cleaned every day, yet they cleaned our room only ONCE!!! Room AC was below average, bed and pillows were super uncomfortable with the pillows being very flat. "

"The AC was definitely working. That's a plus. Breakfast was just ok. The 1st room we were assigned, the bathroom light wasnt working. So they changed us rooms with no problem. Bit in that room, the lights in the ceiling werent working. We didnt change again because the vanity area and lamp lighys provided more than enough lighting for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the lady wlrking the front desk was very friendly."

"Horrible place. I reserved a room a month and a half in advance for a handicap room. When i arrived I was checked into a normal room with out being notified of the change. When i address the front desk after 30 minutes of the lady on the phone in a foreign language. I was told that my room was out of order. I'm disabled with one leg and in a wheelchair the room was tight and bathroom almost impossible for me to use. Front desk didn't offer anything. "

When I arrived they had a fan running, and said nothing was wrong. Which was clearly not the case. I also requested a queen bed and was given a room with 2 double beds. "I recently stayed at this hotel in Round Rock and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. First, the room was not clean when we arrived. The floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed, and there were stains on the bedding that made us question whether the sheets had even been changed. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with hair left in the shower and a lingering unpleasant smell. The noise level was another major issue. We could hear everything...
