I only regret that we didn't have enough time to fish from the pier on this stay but we will definitely be back with our fishing gear on our next visit. "The home was very nice and clean! Was a little disappointed that water wasn’t closer to the house! We went to Garner State park and it was amazing ! I do appreciate the fact that the house was fully supplied with all we needed to cook with, linens/ towels provided etc! Don’t wanna have to pack up so much to travel for a couple days ! Overall nice stay! "

"The place was wonderful. You felt secluded yet you were actually in the middle of everything. Close to good restaurants, especially Elio‘s Italian restaurant. Or if you want to go further and do the caverns and Guadalupe State Park or just hang close and do the Comal nature tour and the Gorge. Dogs loved it and the outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace were definite plus when it was cold. Deer everywhere "
