Easy access to the beach, and lots of good restaurants. Close to the main drag to if you needed anything it was close. Parking at your front door and in a peaceful neighborhood. We will be returning.

Well equipped and within walking distance to the beach. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the ocean, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed this stay. Communication was great, the accommodations were fantastic, and the place was much cleaner than others. It was within 5 mins of everything you’d really want to do on vacation!

This place surpassed all of our expectations! Our family felt at ease with all its amenities, security and location. Although it’s next door to a restaurant, the upstairs cottage was surprisingly quiet and cozy. Definitely plan on returning for much more fun in the sun and more days to stay there!!!! We loved our little getaway!

Perfect place for a couples weekend with our pup. Close by all the great places in Rockport. The cottage was very cute and comfortable and had everything we needed, we’ll be back!

We really liked the idea of staying in a cottage instead of a hotel room. The cottage was large, clean and quiet. They allow pets which was a plus for us. Very happy with the room, we'll stay there again next time we're in the area, highly recommended.

The Cottages were well maintained nad beautiful. The owner of the property answered calls and messages straight away to help out with any questions we had. The view on the deck was beautiful at night and being right behind a restaurant made the air pleasant.

A perfect little cottage for the short time we stayed there. Could use some updated sofas and a deep clean but it was cozy, clean and the bed was comfy. Management was excellent. She was bright and very friendly. She helped us find a place to park our boat without interrupting anyone's space. We look forward to staying here again.

We love this little hidden gem! It's my husband and mine favorite little getaway. The check in is smooth! The cottage is always spotless! They give you plenty of the essential items. The AC works wonders! I would recommend this place 10/10 times!

We loved everything about this rental. Great kitchen with everything we needed to cook, plus full size "house" refrigerator. Nice touches with throw pillows, books on the nightstands, cute decor -- even baskets by the door to throw all our clutter. Full size shower/tub and decent bathroom countertop. We loved the shared upstairs porch where we could watch the beach. We loved being able to bring our dog too.
