"Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half...

"We had an unexpected layover due to a canceled flight. Since we did not have our luggage, the staff kindly provided all of the necessary toiletries for us at no additional charge. You were very kind and concerned. The place was beautiful and the rooms were well adorned. We will stay here again someday."

The biggest issue was communication with Regal Stays. I initially booked for four days and had to extend it.
