"Beautiful view, could be much better if water levels were normal but that's no fault of the owner. Nice pool and hot tub. Spa was a great spot for a massage. Cleanliness of the fridge and some dishes was suspect (lipstick prints on cups), but everything was supplied you could need. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the hospitality."

"We were in Texas for a family wedding and decided to stay in Austin to check out the town. The location was so convenient to restaurants and shopping. The bike trail next to us allowed our group to see a whole other view of the city and work off some of the BBQ we ate. We also took in a U of Texas baseball game."

"My son and I stayed here on a visit to see my daughter. The place was perfect with a pull out couch bed. The unit is very clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. We could easily walk to downtown, the river walk, and Rainey Street bars and restaurants. The view from the unit is amazing. Would definitely stay here again."

"This place has it all! Beautiful rooftop pool which was perfect for viewing the solar eclipse. Perfect location to walk to many local spots or to grab a bike or kayak and enjoy ladybird lake. And the attention to the small details made me feel right at home inside the condo. We look forward to coming back!"

"Came in for a week to see family, watch live music, go to the Texas vs Kansas State football game, eat, and relax. The Heart House was perfect, pet friendly, and perfect location for access to downtown, SOCO, Zilker Park, etc. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend for a small group in your party."

"This VRBO is very situated in East Austin. It is 11 minutes from the airport. And there are many restaurants within walking distance on 6th street. Loved my stay, had all the amenities."

"We came to view the eclipse and had a great time. Property was very nice! We enjoyed the view of the lake and we spent quite a bit of time on the deck. It was nice having a table where we could eat outside. Would’ve like to have had more comfier chairs in the dining area as we played games both nights and sat there extendedly. Master bath was terrific. Would consider renting again if we have a reason to be out that direction!"

"New condo building has a nice Live, Work and Play vibe, with a coffee/cocktail bar in the lobby and rooftop pool overlooking the river and downtown. Condo setup with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on either side of the living room and kitchen area worked well for our group of two couples."

"Sent multiple message to host over a 6 week period. Didn’t receive any response. Received several automated messages from hosts agent with decent information but was missing details we needed. On day of arrival we were coming in later (after midnight) and the checking process wasn’t clear so called and text the numbers provided. Spent 25 minutes on hold (the 24x7 number) before hanging up. Texts did get answered but this was after we had already figured things out and checked in. Chose a later...

"The property was very cute and the online description was accurate; however, there were some cleanliness issues and access issue (i.e., the lock didn't work, inconsistent communication with property management about securing the property, etc.)."

"Nice property but, the elevators being out and the building layout are not great. It’s hard to find the stairs and only one elevator works…. That’s a problem The apartment was comfortable and large. Location was pretty good, QUIET and that’s a whole two stars. "
