Natiivo is a modern well-maintained building close to Austin hot spots with fabulous views of Lady Bird Lake. The Vacasa units are large, clean, nicely furnished with quality appliances. The rooftop pool with outdoor lounge areas is a beautiful space.

Great downtown condo with fantastic view! It was perfect for our stay for three people. Everything was close to Uber to or walk. It was nice to have the pool area, fitness center and coffee shop available and a market close by. We took a walk by the lake and enjoyed seeing the activity in the lake and walking path from our balcony view, as well as the beautiful sunset!

Great location! This property was exactly as it was pictured. Very walkable. Close to Rainey street. Communication prior to check-in was quick, friendly, and the information needed was given. We had a great stay!!!!

We stayed here for a birthday trip to Austin with my daughters and had an absolute blast. The location was perfect for enjoying the nightlife and some amazing barbecue, and having a coffee shop and bar right downstairs was incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was comfortable and well kept, and the view was beautiful. It was a great place to relax after a busy night out.The only minor drawbacks were that the bathrooms could use better lighting, and it would have been nice to have a full-length mirror somewhere in the apartment. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

With a couple updates it would be perfect!

We loved the apartment the building the pool - all great! The unit didn’t have towel racks in the small bathroom for hand towels and there was no full length mirror. Would be simple and helpful fixes! We had a great time at the property. We were able to watch the bats fly over the skyline from the balcony!
