"Room was clean and fairly quiet but we had to keep calling the desk or housekeeping to get items like towels, coffee, soaps as they would not consistently restock. Food selection was minimal at the restaurant and difficult to get attention from bartenders and servers. Pool area was very small and there was no shuttle service. Also put 150$ per night surcharge on your card which they won't tell you about ahead of time - more than luxury resorts we've stayed at! The resort fee was 45$ per day and...

"Great place for a quick staycation. Location is perfect - lots of restaurants, live music venues and other sites in walking distance. Outdoor patio of Heydey lounge is currently under renovation, but they opened a pop up lounge on the 31st floor with gorgeous views ! Food & drinks were delicious! Coconut spritz is a must try. I wished they would have had their restaurant open for dinner. "
