"The hotel room was missing sheets and blankets in one of the rooms. We were unable to contact anyone to help us and ended up buying them to get a good night's sleep. The room looked remodeled and new, but it was not a pleasant experience. We try to find someone to help us but it was not possible"

"Our stay good. The only hiccup we came across was the miscommunication with our check-in time. Other than that great stay and the location was very convenient. "

"Be careful with Locale. They didn’t respect our booking, blaming Expedia for double booking. The people at the call center is rude, unhelpful and they don’t bother to give a solution. We found out at the check in and had to find a place to stay. "

"Generally a clean unit and in relatively good condition. The building is a few years old and may need upkeep soon. The unit is acceptable and pleasant. "

"Property location was close to downtown and eateries .. Nice furniture and bedding. Nice kitchen..lots of towels. Soap and shampoo. Shower very clean. Great TV.. Negative.. but they did say would fix.. AIr Conditioner pipe had a leak in it.. There was a portable one that worked well. Clean except floor needed to be washed in kitchen and bathroom. I think last visitor had walked in black stone. Not apparent until you walked barefoot. Will go back again. "

"We had such a great weekend in Dallas! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured…honestly even better in person. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, and the view was beautiful. Our host was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. It really made our long-distance weekend feel extra special. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had, and we’ll absolutely be back!"

"Located in nice complex, there is a pool. Close to Gruene, with plenty of access to uber/lyft.Property did have a few towels, but lacked an iron and ironing board. Ladies make sure to pack your own hair dryer. We did not need to contact the property owner about anything. Would stay again. "

"I had a fantastic stay at Westerly! Communication surrounding the check in was flawless and it was nice to have a convenient parking option on-site. The rooms were very comfortable and are just as advertised in the photos. Would very much recommend to any family/friends travelling to the Dallas area. "

"We were given the wrong room code in our email. Luckily, we had a USA phone to ring for the correct one. The garage door was closed - for the 'temporary' parking - because it was Sunday?"

"Property overall is a good little place for family, hallway is a little muggy/musty but unit itself was great! Cool when you walk in which is needed because halls are hot- it’s Texas! Beds are comfy, we were in town for Clash of the Clubs and it was super convenient location. Daughter went to pool one evening after games and there were about 8 young kids maybe 6-9 that were regulars in the pool and she joined right in playing games with the kids ( she’s 15) and they were all welcoming and...

"Really, the only downside was the difficulty getting there to and from cedar park. Its a beautiful place and all things considered, i would stay there again."

"Apartment was very small but we prefer that! Parking was a little rough as it's on the side of the expressway. I think there was a driveway but it was being worked on while we were there. The apartment itself was clean and felt safe. Normally I wouldn't stay right off the highway but both the front door to the building and the apartment door had deadbolts so we felt secure."
